How to get the right room at Sala Danang

01

Match by size and floor, not the name

The booking page shows names such as “Superior Twin Room with City View” (28 m²) or “Presidential Suite” (175 m², 24th floor). Check the m² and floor against the table before you choose.

02

Ask for a high floor away from the lifts

The sea opens up above the neighboring buildings, and corridor noise is the top complaint in reviews. Add both requests to your booking notes; they are on request, not guaranteed.

03

Read what the rate includes

Afternoon tea, spa vouchers and breakfast appear in some rate names. For Kyoto and Osaka the spa voucher is a room benefit; afternoon tea elsewhere is a benefit of the rate.

Honest note

Superior rooms and the Family Suite have showers only, and some reviewers report weak water pressure. The hotel’s own pages also contain slips: the Vietnamese room page swaps the Premium Suite and the Two Bedroom Apartment, so trust the English page and the size in square meters.

Questions about rooms at Sala Danang

Which Sala Danang room is the best value for a sea view?

The Deluxe Twin Balcony Sea View. At 32 m² it is the smallest category that faces the sea directly, and it still has a balcony and a bathtub. The catch is the beds: two singles only. If you want one bed and a sea view, the next step up is the Sala Suite or the Premium Suite, both with balconies.

Can I get a double bed in a Superior room at Sala Danang?

Yes, but read the room name. The hotel lists both Superior categories with one double bed, while the booking page also sells a 28 m² “Superior Twin Room with City View” with two singles. Pick the rate whose bed type matches what you want, and add the bed request to your booking notes.

Which floors are the sea-view rooms on at Sala Danang?

The booking page lists the Deluxe Twin Sea View on floors 4–21, the Deluxe Twin Partial Sea View on floors 4–5, the Sala Suite on floors 4–20, the Family Suite on floors 4–22 and the Premium Suite on the 21st floor. Lower floors see less sea over the buildings in front, so ask for a high floor.

Do the Kyoto and Osaka rooms at Sala Danang have a balcony?

The hotel does not say. Its room pages for Kyoto and Osaka mention the view, the bathtub and the Japanese furnishings but list no balcony, and the photos show full-height windows. If a balcony matters, choose the Sala Suite or Premium Suite, or ask the hotel before you book.

How many guests can a Sala Danang suite sleep?

By the hotel’s own figures, most suites take two adults; the Suite Partial Sea View takes three with an extra bed, and the Family Suite and Two Bedroom Apartment take four. The booking page shows higher counts, such as two adults and two children for Kyoto, so confirm how the children will sleep before you pay.

Is the minibar free in Sala Danang rooms?

Partly, according to some guests: several reviews mention free minibar items, and one guidebook site says one item is free per stay. The hotel does not state a policy, so treat anything beyond bottled water as chargeable until reception tells you otherwise at check-in.
